Project Description
The first task was to clear the area which involved some heavy duty weeding and cutting back of several bushes that had bullied there way not just into the old beds but also into the edge of the grass area.
Once the entire area was turned again, we did a final weeding pass before setting a line to re-establish a defined edge between the new beds and the lawn. To keep maintenance to a minimum,weed prevention membrane was installed in a number of key areas, most notably underneath the hardstanding for the garden bench
The customer’s edging was then installed between the lawn and the beds and used to separate the seating area. After the trellis was attached to the fence, the supplied hardstanding covering was laid, before the bench, a family favourite, was neatly settled into its new home.
